I booked this so long ago that I had forgotten that I did not book a breakfast with the room however the nice staff at the hotel gave me , my husband and my son (who was in another room ) a complimentary breakfast which was very nice of them . The staff were all very nice and friendly and helpfull all the time which was very nice . The rooms were clean and had a good Wi Fi and tea making which is a must for us ! They had a complimentary bus to the MTR which was good to have on the hour . The conceierge men were all very nice and helpfull too . The breakfast was great with lots and lots to choose from and have freshly prepared eggs etc., The air humidifier was great to have in the room too and the air conditioning was very good .

The bed was very comfortable. They always provide free bottle of water and toiletries, even slippers. Toilet was always clean. The room is big enough and bigger than expected. They let us stay longer because our flight got cancelled due to Saola typhoon last September.

Staff were good as expected Really enjoyed the roof top pool and fitness sweet Restaurant food was first class. Expensive but value for money

We were very happy with the room and amenities. Clean Towels etc on daily basis and complimentary water provided. The pool was great and warm. Staff was helpful when we required some traveling advise. We traveled out and explored daily so was great to come back to a fair size room with clean bedding, hot water to shower and a comfortable bed😁

As working in few 4-star and 5-star hotels, the hotel meets my expectation with value of money as I stayed in 16th floor, non-smoking room, no facing main road, no facing air-con compressors noisy. The Pocketed Spring Beds are customized made is meet to my expectation. The room slipper quality is meet to expectation.

The room was big. Very accessible to commercial areas especially to Mong Kok District has plenty of bus routes and stops near the hotel. There is a airport bus stop just 2 blocks away from the hotel just a walking distance. The hotel amenities are superb and hotel staff are very accommodating during our 5 day stay in the hotel.

We loved the family room! Kids really enjoyed our stay! A bit far from the MTR stations but they have bus shuttle to and from for easier commute. We also tried riding local bus and viola! It dropped us right in of the hotel! ❤️ I thought I needed to call the room service everyday, but just did it once and they came to our room to clean and refill the rest of the days during our stay! So convenient!

Great location in the heart of Kowloon 10 minutes from the ladies market. 20 minutes from temple Street night market and 10 minutes from the MTR which will then get you anywhere. You need to be in Hong Kong or surrounding areas. All in all a great place to base yourself

The hotel is old and could do with modernisation. However the staff are really nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and they will clean the room if you ask for cleaning. The breakfast is very good as they have lots and lots of variety to choose from so worth paying for if you eat a lot in the morning.

Location, there are several convenience stores, bus stop just nearby. Shuttle bus provided every hour to nearest MTR Station. Even though the hotel is a bit old, but they maintain the room. Bathroom is good, room size just okay for HK standard, we got 2 rooms with connecting door. We really satisfied with this hotel, value for money.
